    If you want to Pause or Skip your Delivery, you shall inform us 48hrs prior to your day of delivery by dropping us a mail on contactarkounfarms@gmail.com or WhatsApp on +91 8369458081 with your details. 

    Be rest assured, your Paused or Skipped delivery will be credited to your next delivery.


    • How do I cancel my order?

    Ans : If you wish to cancel your order due to any reason, you shall inform us 24hrs prior to your day of delivery by dropping us a mail on contactarkounfarms@gmail.com or WhatsApp on  +91 8369458081  with your details. 

    Order amount will be credited  your shopping Wallet, which can be use for future purchase.

    Cancellation request on the same day of delivery shall not be considered.

    • Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

    Ans : Yes! 24hrs prior to your day of delivery, you can change your delivery address by dropping us a mail on contactarkounfarms@gmail.com or WhatsApp on  +91 8369458081 with the updated address details. Kindly note : changed address should be in Arkoun farms’s operation area. For other area delivery charges will be at actual.


    • What is the Minimum order value accepted?

    Ans : If you wish to buy our leafy greens & veggies, the Minimum cart value should be of Rs. 400 and more.


    • What are your shipment charges?

    Ans :

    • Arkoun Subscription Salad box and Microgreens Box – Rs.200 Shipment 
    • Fresh Harvest single orders –  Order value of Rs. 800 and above shipping will be free. Any value bellow Rs. 800 will charges Rs. 80 per delivery.

    • Do you accept returns?

    Ans : No, Since this is a fresh harvest edible produce, we don’t accept returns once the item is being delivered.

    • If some of the items are missing or damaged, what do I do?

    Ans : Very rarely this would be a case: 

    • If any of your Ordered Item is missing, we shall reimburse for the particular produce amount. ( Not applicable for subscription model )
    • If your Arkoun box is received in a damaged condition, you shall click an image of the damaged item and send it to us on the very same day of delivery by emailing us on  contactarkounsfarms@gmail.com  or WhatsApp on  +91 8369458081. We will offer you “Free Replacement” 

    • What is your Delivery Schedule?

    Ans : We having schedule delivery days are Wednesday and Saturday.  You can place an order anytime during Sunday to Tuesday for Wednesday delivery and Wednesday to Friday for Saturday delivery.

    • Which all Locations do we deliver to?

    Ans : Dahisar to Colaba, Navi Mumbai, Kharghar & From Mulund to CST.

    Ans : All produce at Arkoun Farms are Residue & Chemical free. Arkoun produces are hygienically packed with no direct human intervention in harvesting and packaging.

    Packed produce stays fresh & easier to store for longer time in Fridge without drying up/ wilting.
